| Opis stanowiska | To support our global customers and operations within Europe, Itella Information is setting up in Torun an The new competence center will play a key role in increasing our production efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction across Europe. To build up the competence center as planned, we are now looking for service minded IT professionals for several different roles with good communication and co-operations skills and with fluent skills in written and spoken English. We expect the applicants to have at least three years experience in supporting and maintaining IT services, preferably according to the ITIL processes. We are looking for: Tasks: - Supporting corporate business application - Set up & monitor environments and platforms - Set up customer profiles in Readsoft platform - Provide support in the resolution of incidents assigned to the group within SLA - Maintain operational documentation in relation to applications processes and procedures - Maintenance Case Allocations / Escalatations to Vendors and Partners Offer: - Friendly environment - Trainings & education - Development program - Foreigner travels possible |

| Wymagania | Requirements: - IT education - Working knowledge of Windows servers environment and maintenance - Working knowledge of SQL database maintenance - Working Experience in setting up up profiles and business rules in ReadSoft Invoices - minumim 1 year experience (formal ReadSoft Invoices education as plus) - Knowledge of Citrix, WebServices, - Working knowledge of XML, Java, CB - Good communication English skills - At least 3 years experience in IT department - An understanding of ITIL processes preferable |
